I hereby confer on photographer listed below and AcadianaNeighborhoods.com the absolute and irrevocable right and permission with respect to the photographs that he/she has taken of my minor child in which he/she may be included with others.
I understand and acknowledge that
-the photo(s) may be placed on AcadianaNeighborhoods.com, separately or in conjunction with other photographs.
-unless specifically stated herein to the contrary, my child’s name will NOT appear on the site.
-I will not hold the photographer and AcadianaNeighborhoods cannot be held liable or responsible should the photo be copied from the AcadianaNeighborhoods.com website by 3rd parties that are not under the control of the photographer and/or AcadianaNeighborhoods.com
I hereby release and discharge the photographer and AcadianaNeighborhoods.com from all and any claims and demands ensuing from or in connection with the use of the photographs, including any and all claims for libel and invasion of privacy.
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have been made aware of the potential of 3rd parties to copy photos from websites. This authorization and release shall inure to the benefit of the legal representatives, licensees and assigns of the photographer and AcadianaNeighborhoods.com. I have read the foregoing and fully understand the contents hereof.
